Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding (4oz.)
- 1 bag chocolate chips (12oz.)
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped (opt.)
Directions
Beat eggs and add milk and oil. Mix together Bisquick and instant pudding (any flavor can be used) and add to egg mixture. Add chocolate chips and nuts and mix well. Drop on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Cool and frost. I use chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp. peanut butter (melted) for the frosting. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
