What Breed Is My Dog?
We recently adopted a puppy from the Humane Society which had her listed as a Lab mix. We are trying to figure out what she could possibly be mixed with and would like your input. Any thoughts on what you think it might be? We're just curious about what others think. Thanks in advance!

She's cute. She might be mixed with a pit because she has a long snout.

I agree with the Weimeraner mix , my sister has full blooded one, and your pup looks like hers...

Looks like Weimeraner and Lab to me. I had a friend that raised Weimeraners and yours looks just like his did when they were pups. Both Lab, AND Weimeraner are amazing breeds. Enjoy your pet!
Hugs,
Shirley

I agree with a couple others. My Dad had a Weimeraner when I was growing up, and she looked much like this picture. If I remember she also had an unusual color eyes. But, anyway, I think your dog may be this breed, or at least a mix that includes this breed. She is beautiful.

That wide chest makes me think about a drop of English bulldog blood in there somewhere. Good to have a wide chest, it connotes longevity.

Well, definitely the breed "Beautiful" - Pedigreed! At the instant I first looked at it I thought "oh a Weimeraner/Labrador" I see I'm not the only person who thought that. How about the feet? Aren't they massive - Perhaps a touch of the "Hound of the Baskervilles"? A truly lovely dog, and I bet only made up of gentle, intelligent breeds. Enjoy your lovely pup. Best wishes, Leah from Down Under.

By looking at her very muscular build and slightly rounded head, I would guess there mught be a little pitbull in there, too. Though I would never keep a pitbull, I have known a few labs mixed with pitbulls that were very sweet dogs - no aggression. Enjoy her.

You dog is probably Lab and Weimaraner. Looks just like the first dog I adopted from a farm, and that's the mix she was. I hope you find that this one is as loving and beautiful as mine was.

She's a cutie-pie! It looks to me that she might be chocolate lab mixed with some sort of terrier. Enjoy your new puppy!
