Pork and Potato Dinner
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Fry pork chops until brown; set aside.
In a small bowl; combine soup, sour cream, water and parsley. Alternate layers of potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper and then sauce. Place pork chops on top. Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven for about 1 hour.
Makes about 4 servings.
