Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
