Garlic Green Beans
- 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp. olive oil
Place beans with water to cover in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until tender; drain. Toss beans with garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil. Serve immediately.
