Swedish Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
Sauce:
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

Mix top ingredients and form into small balls. Place formed balls in 9x13 inch baking dish. Melt the sauce and pour over meat balls. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
