Potato Salad For a Crowd
- 3 cups Miracle Whip
- 1 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 1/2 cups mustard
- 1 cup milk
- 5 lbs. cooked potatoes, cubed
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 18 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 10 celery stalks, chopped
Combine salad dressing, relish, mustard and milk in bowl; mix well. Add additional milk for desired consistency. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour dressing over potato mixture; mix well. Refrigerate overnight. 75-100 servings.
