Mix 2 cans of any beans, drained (I used kidney and green.) Toss together with 1 large stalk of celery (diced), 1/2 onion (diced), 1 tsp. dried parsley, 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper, and approximately 1/2 cup red wine vinegar. Make the day before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
