Source: Myself, I am too cheap to throw anything away.

Freeze the juice in ice cube trays, and they'll be handy to add to teas, kool aid, etc. Also toss them in for smoothies!
That's a great idea to make ice cubes and add those to tea! I freeze or can almost all our fruit and add only a tablespoon of sugar so the juice is really juce. My husbnad usually just drinks it but it sounds good to make ice cubes. I'll try it!
I buy fruit packed in its own juice as much as possible. They say that is better. But don't throw away the juice no matter how you buy it. There is too many ways to use it.
Most of the juice in fruit cans are made from high fructose corn syrup. In other words sugar. Same stuff added to soft drinks. If I eat fruit from a can I discard the juice.
When I use canned sliced fruit - peaches, pears, or fruit cocktail - with Jello, I measure the quantity of the juice and substitute it for the water used to finish preparing the Jello once it is dissolved. This means using less water, adding additional flavor to the Jello, and not wasting the juice. Thrifty all the way!!
I have made several peach cobblers using canned peaches. When I drained the peaches I hated throwing the juice from the can down the drain. It seems like a waste of money, so I freeze it. I now have several frozen bags of sweetened peach juice. What recipes can you share that I can use them in? Thanks!

You might be able to use it to make 'jelly', just omit the sugar, and use the pectin products. I do know that if you bake, you can use the juice in place of the water or milk called for in the recipe. I did that just last night with some pineapple juice. Hated to throw it away, so I used it in place of the water, and just topped it off with milk, to make the volume of liquid required for the recipe. It didn't make a strong taste, but just made it a bit different.
I used to drain off the juice from canned fruit and let it run down the sink. Was I crazy? YES!
