Make Your Own V8 |

Does anyone know how to make your own V8. I have a bunch of canned tomato juice and I want to make it into a V8 style beverage for my dad. Doesn't have to be quite as salty, though.

Blend
6 oz. tomato paste
32 oz. water
1/4 tsp celery seed,
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
Chill
