I looked for patterns a few years ago. We found that the Build-A-Bear clothes fit the CPK dolls. Now we are looking for good, easy patterns for American Girl dolls.

Don't know of any patterns but the first time around when they first came out, I was still having babies and we put the 3 to 6 month baby clothes on them because I got so many with my first child and she didn't wear all of them and they worked perfect with the first cabbage patch. Try some from thrift stores etc and see if they still fit. You may find patterns at the thrift stores too. (12/27/2004)
