Unless there is any sentimental value attached to the razor (a present, etc.) you'll be better off doing a Google Search for Reconditioned Electric Razors. Not only will it be in a 100% new condition, new housing, (unless indicated) but is generally 40-50% cheaper, thoroughly tested, generally by the original Manufacturer and comes with a warranty...a little price comparisons on the Web will indicate what savings are involved.

Absolutely, small appliance repair is mostly a thing of the past. Places have to charge so much, it is not worth it. Buy a new one. I know if you have something older, you will never be able to replace the quality, because the crap we are able to buy these days has NO QUALITY; i.e. try buying a Maytag dishwasher and having it break in under 5 years and a Maytag refrigerator that didn't last 5 months!

If you know the make and model of your electric shaver, you can do a search on Google or any of the search engines. Contact the company and find out where there is a repair service in your area.
You would probably be better off buying a new electric razor than to have your old one repaired, much cheaper.
