I just made the batter and I'm ready to put it in a pan. Not sure of what size so I'm going to use 9x13. Back later to give my results!

for Estella: Make it just as directions are. It should be done in 10 minutes but check it before removing from oven. That is all there is to it. Our kids loved it and was an easy breakfast for us.

10 minutes seems like a very short time to bake it. Do you dump every thing in at once and mix, or alternate milk and flour as some recipes say? This sounds like a delicious and cheap cake so I'd like to have a little more info on it, please?

Also, how much brown sugar and cinnamon, and no butter in the topping?

What size pan would you use to bake this cake? It sounds like one my mother used to make in a 8" round pan.
