You no longer have to fear what is behind those ancient bandages because the truth has been revealed, mummies are yummy!
Ingredients:
- English Muffins
- Pizza sauce, Marinara or even Alfredo sauce(if you want to try a different flavor).
- Green Olives that already have pimento in it,(Sliced). (Black olives work fine you may want to find something to stick in the hole to make the pupil, ie: green onion, green pepper)
- String Cheese,(Pulled apart).
Directions:
Break the english muffin in half (Toast if You want them crisper).
Spread pizza sauce on top of each side of the english muffin.
Pull apart the string cheese and place strips onto the muffin to make it look like a mummy, leaving and opening for the eyes.
Cut an olive into thirds, if you use the green olives with pimento you can now place two slices on to the English muffin.
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Place mummies in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
