For great cranberries. Cook one package of cranberries in one cup of water until cracked open and soft, let water cook down until it gets thick. Add sugar to taste and one cup crushed pineapple. Then blend with an emerson blender until desired consistancy. It will thicken more when cooled.

Here is my recipe for "Impossible Pumpkin Pie" 3/4 cup sugar (part brown),1/2 cup Bisquick,2 Tbs. soft butter or margerine, 1 (13 oz.)can of evaporated milk, 2 eggs, 1 (16 oz. )can pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie mix),1 Tbs. pumpkin Pie Spice, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/8 tsp. salt.-----Grease and flour a 10" pie pan.---Preheat oven to 350.--- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Pour batter into pie pan and bake until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.( about 50 to 55 minutes)----Judy from Alabama

Cranberry Salad:

2 cans of whole cranberry sauce
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small package frozen strawberries

Mix all together, chill, serve.

2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
6 green onions, chopped
1-8 ounce package shreaded cheddar cheese
1 jar dried beef, chopped
mix everyting together with your hands. form into two balls.
You can coat them with finely chopped walnuts to make them look fancy.
Serve with snack crackers.

(to prepare green onions, cut whites with sharp knife, cut greens with kitchen shears)
