It is almost impossible to get 'paper' tickets these days. It is not cost efficient for the airlines and they can be lost. You can make your reservations and confirm your reservation online 24 hrs in advance. You only need to show up at the checkin counter now, show your ID, etc and off you go. Easy, fast, smooth. .

The answer is to call the airline that issued the tickets.However from my commercial flying experience and from what I have read in the papers about the airlines going to all e ticket sales I venture to say no to your question.
