Try to get things fixed by the manufacturer! My husband went through all the customer service/diagnostics for our Epson scanner/printer/copier with no luck. So they told him to send it in for repair. The company paid to send the printer in and then, I suppose they couldn't fix it - because a brand new printer showed up on our doorstep. That sort of thing creates loads of customer loyalty - and I have been telling everybody.

Epson had a major problem with some of the CX series printers. It's nice of them to replace it for you but how many people lost out because they weren't informed about it by Epson directly?
