Cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Velveeta, onions, tomatoes and tuna baked in a Bisquick crust - YUM!
Ingredients:
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 2 medium fresh tomatoes or 1 medium-sized can diced (drained)
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 8 oz Colby cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Velveeta cubed
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a greased 9x13 inch pan, layer the tuna, tomatoes, cream cheese, colby cheese, onion, and Velveeta. In a mixer or blender, mix together the eggs, milk, Bisquick, and seasoning until there are no lumps. Pour the Bisquick mixture over the layers in the pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
