I am seeking a coupon expert to come to our library and give a talk to other interested adults. Is there a person who does programming or public speaking events like this?

try going to refundexpress.net and one of the moderators there, they should be able to connect you with someone in your area. There are thousands of people who do couponing & refunding. Sorry I couldn't help, I live in Alabama.
