This is a frugal and festive bunny decoration for Easter that can be created in no time at all.
Approximate Time: About 30 minutes
- 2 paper plates
- paper muffin cup liner
- 2 cotton balls
- pink pom-pom
- 2 wiggly eyes
- 2 chenille stems
- ribbon bow, optional
- Cut two semicircular ear shapes from the sides of one paper plate. Staple them to the back of another plate. Refer to photo.
- Make four cuts down the side of a muffin cup and fold two sections to the center to create a bow tie. Staple in place.
- Glue on wiggly eyes.
- Cut each chenille stem into 3 equal size lengths (4 inches each) for whiskers . Glue them in the center of the plate and glue on two cotton balls and pom pom for nose.
- Embellish with a ribbon bow, if desired, or add a silk flower instead.
