Cats For Pest Control

We have a lot of oaks and pecan trees around here and in the spring, the big flying cockroaches are flying around and sometimes get inside the house. My house is cockroach free due to my fearless hunter Bright Eyes. He loves to catch and play with it till it stops moving (DOA) and since it no longer is fun for him, he brings it as a present to me. He used to put the present in my husband's shoe (must have loved his shoes the best). This made hubby mad and so I made sure I checked his shoes everyday before I gave them to him.

He also kills any rats the neighbors have in their yards and leaves them on the step as a present. One of my neighbors loves this cause his girlfriend is scared to death to go out the door when a dead rat is on the steps. He love it cause she can't run the streets or go shopping when he is at work.

My cat uses no chemicals so he environmentally friendly. He is free and therefore is very cost efficient. So if you have a roach problem, get a cat hunter.

I agree entirely. We have a beautiful black & white persian that has a serious hunter side to her. She is loving to us, but I have never had a rodent problem ever and her daughter is a mighty bug killer. They are lovable and functional. You can't snuggle with a bottle of spray or a mouse trap without getting hurt or some funny looks.
