Adds a tasty zing as a garnish or side for assorted steak, chicken, or pork dishes.
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Coat a skillet well with olive oil, add the onions and cook, turning occasionally, for about 8 to 10 minutes or until they are caramelized. Transfer to a bowl and toss with vinegar and parsley.
