Rolls With Powdered Sugar

I would like to find the recipes for the rolls they serve at HOPS in Charlotte NC. They are very light and drizzled with powder sugar.

look for TOP SECRET RECIPES there is more than 1 not sure who wrote these but he's been around a while good luck
