Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. shortening
- 3/4 cup milk or half water and half & half (1/2 milk, 1/2 cream)
Directions
Sift dry ingredients; add shortening, salt, baking powder and then add the liquid to make soft dough. Bake at 475 degrees about 12 minutes or until nice light brown.
