Korean Meat Marinade
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup beer
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
Can be soaked overnight. I usually marinate it for about 8 hours with a frozen steak in it. Can be used for pork or chicken cooked on the grill, baked or broiled.
