Try cooling before refrigerating.

I recently tried a recipe for sweet tea, it said not to squeeze the tea bags when poring the steeped tea into a container. I tried this and my tea does not get cloudy even after being stored in the fridge for nearly a week.Hope this helps.

To keep your tea fresh, after brewing in HOT boiling water, put a PINCH of baking soda in it before making your iced tea - and it will stay fresh forever!

I am an Iced tea aholic! I use a glass 2 cup measuring cup. Fill with cold water. Add 2 tea bags. nuke for 3:30. I have an insulated mug I have had since I was 16! (41 now!) Fill that mug full of ice then pour the hot tea over it----OMG! So Good! Never have seen if its cloudy or not but every Mug is Wonderful!

Sally, if you're talking about your tea being cloudy after refrigeration, then all you need to do is pour some boiling water in it and the tea should clear up.
