- 6 medium yellow onions
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Peel onions and cut into halves crosswise. Arrange in 7x11 inch glass dish. Pour honey over top. Dot with margarine. Microwave, loosely covered with waxed paper, on high for 8-10 minutes or until tender, basting with pan juices twice. Sprinkle with parsley. Let stand for 3 minutes. 12 servings.
