Chipped Beef Ball
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. chipped beef
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento olives
Directions
Chop chipped beef into small pieces. Chop olives in small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into a ball. Serve with your favorite crackers.

Sounds good! A variation that I make is cream cheese mixed with chopped Buddig Beef and green onion tops, then rolled in chopped walnuts. Best refrigerated overnight.
