Tip: Frozen Fruit Pops
Archived on 06/30/2009
Ingredients
3 cups juice of your choice
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
12 3 oz. paper cups
12 wooden popsicle sticks
Directions
Mix juices and milk with a wire whisk. Transfer the mixture to a container with a pouring spout. Put the paper cups in a square pan or cupcake pan. Fill the cups, not quite to the top, with the juice mixture. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
After 1 hour remove the cups from the freezer and place a wooden stick in the middle of each fruit pop. Return to the freezer for 5 hours.
Remove from freezer and place fruit pops in to individual plastic baggies and the fruit pops will keep quite nicely in the freezer for two to three weeks. :-) Remove paper cup to serve.
