This is a great pie recipe. I love the fresh strawberries and that it is so quick and easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (3oz.)
1 qt. strawberries
1 pie shell (9inch)
Directions:
Bring sugar, water and cornstarch to a boil. Cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle in the gelatin and stir well. Cool. Then add strawberries. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip.
