Honey Curry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4-6 bone-in chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Melt butter in 9x13 inch baking pan. Add honey, mustard, and spices, and mix well. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat evenly.

Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees F for 45-55 minutes, or until golden brown in color and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Baste frequently while cooking.

This is a delicious recipe! I haven't made it in years! You can substitute vegetable oil for the butter if cholesterol is an issue for you. Thanks for reminding me of this one.
