Directions In a large pot, mix potatoes with the following ratios. To every two cups of leftover mashed potatoes, add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup broth/stock/juice, 1/2 stick butter/oleo, 1 tsp. celery salt, dash of pepper. Heat through, stirring until creamy. Serve hot with shredded cheese on top. My kids LOVE this meal. The trick is having leftover mashed potatoes, sometimes that part is hard! Rate It: Oatmeal for a Healthy Breakfast Oatmeal is a daily consumption around here. Watching calories is also a trend. If you use the 'quick' oats in the microwave, you will only add about 50 calories to that mix as it cooks by putting 7 little marshmallows on top. The Oatmeal is 150 calories and the marshmallows (7) are 50 calories. Stir it up and mix the melted marshmallows in the oats and it TASTES GREAT. 200 Calorie healthy breakfast.
