Nearly Sugar Free Pie

contest winner icon
This can be made in a few minutes and in the fridge before dinner. Here are three pictures for a step by step recipe.

Ingredients:

  • graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding (I used sugar free)
  • 1/3 cup flaked coconut, toasted (more if you like)
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions:

Make pudding according to package directions and place in refrigerator to set. You can add a banana if desired.

Place half the pudding in the graham cracker crust, making a slight well

Mix drained crushed pineapple and flaked coconut to the rest of the pudding and fill the well

This sounds so good, GGVi! Quick and easy and I'll be giving it a try and will definitely add some banana for an even more tropical flavor! ;-)
