Ingredients
- 3 heads lettuce, chopped
- 8 ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small wedge Blue cheese
- 4-6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 6 green onions or 1 large sweet onion
Directions
Use lemon juice and salt to taste. Cut garlic, Blue cheese and eggs small before mixing. Use oil to taste. Keep refrigerated.
