Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium apples, peeled and grated
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 cups whipped cream, sweetened

Directions

Coarsely crumble the graham crackers over the apples and fold in the whipped cream. This should not be fixed long before being served or the crackers will be too soggy.
