Ingredients 1 cup water 1/4 cup olive oil for healthy coat and skin 1 1/4 cups barley flour 1 cup oat flour 2 tablespoons soy flour 2 tablespoons flaxseed, ground 1/2 cup oat bran 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Divide the ingredients into several balls of dough. Sprinkle flour onto a cutting board. Flour a rolling pin and roll each ball of dough into a sheet that is &frac; thick. Cut out the heart shapes with a cookie cutter, dipping the cutter into a bowl of flour in between each heart cut.
Bake at 275 degrees F for 45 minutes. Check to make sure that they do not get too brown.
