Italian Cheese Bread

Ingredients

Crust:
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
Topping:
  • 1/4 cup Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Combine the first 4 ingredients. Combine water and oil, add to mixture. Add additional flour if needed to form soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic. Rise 20 minutes, punch down. Make into a pizza shape. Brush with salad dressing. Combine seasonings and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with the cheeses. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes.
