Spaghetti Salad I
Ingredients
- 1 med. onion
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 head of cabbage
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- small yellow jar of mustard
Directions
Chop, onion, celery and shred cabbage. Cook spaghetti according to box directions and cool. Mix eggs, sugar, vinegar and margarine. Cook until thickened. Add mustard; cool. Pour over cooled spaghetti. Add vegetables; mix well. Make the day before you serve. Makes a great picnic salad - serves many.

Spaghetti Salad II
Ingredients
- 7 oz spaghetti, broken, boiled and drained
- 1 8 oz bottle Zesty Italian dressing
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tomatoes chopped
Directions
Toss well and refrigerate. You can sprinkle grated cheese on top when ready to serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
This is easy and really tasty. You can make as a last minute dish but it is better if it sits in the fridge a little while.
