Cobbler:
Directions
Combine in sauce pan:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
Blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Add:
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup blueberries
Put in a 2 qt. baking dish.
Cobbler Topping:
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup soft margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
Beat all until smooth. Spoon over fruit. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
