Cobbler:

Directions

Combine in sauce pan:

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add:

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups sliced peaches
1 cup blueberries

Put in a 2 qt. baking dish.

Cobbler Topping:

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk

Directions

Beat all until smooth. Spoon over fruit. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
