1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 cups mashed bananas 1 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 2 2/3 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) 1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Blend.
I put them in paper cups in my muffin tins and baked for about 30 minutes. They were delicious. Very light with a good banana flavor. Easy and quick to make. I will do them often.
