Mix well all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.

You can take any bottled Italian dressing or make a homemade Italian and all you do is add mayo to it to make it Creamy Italian about 1/4 cup. If you want it less creamy then add less mayo, more creamy add more mayo.
