Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds on high or one minute with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Continue to bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5-8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.

I haven't fixed this recipe for years, and I just remembered how easy, delicious, and popular it was. Everyone is so excited I found the recipe again. It will be our weekly fun meal. Thanks!
