Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 cups crushed soda crackers
1/4 cup quick oats
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar or marble cheese
2 smoked sausage links or 4 regular hot dogs, chopped finely

Sauce Ingredients

6 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

Combine eggs, crackers, quick oats, milk, salt, and pepper. Add turkey and sausage or hot dogs. Mix well. Add cheese and mix gently. Press firmly into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Combine sauce and spread on meatloaf the last 20 minutes or baking, uncovered.
