Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked rice, cooled to room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- dash salt
- 1 can crushed pineapple (13 oz. size)
- 16 marshmallows, halved
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Directions
Mix together the rice, sugar, salt, pineapple and marshmallows. Fold in the whipped cream and chill. Serves 6.
