Sandy (a Collie) and His Friends
This is our rescued dog Sandy with his new friends. Sandy is about 4 years old, a collie, and we have had him about a year and a half. We got him in Montana. He was part of a big collie rescue that was stopped on the way from Alaska to Arizona. Sandy loves to run and play with our other 3 dogs, collies and a german shepard. His next favorite thing is getting treats and hugs.

He is beautiful. I was wondering if anyone knew what the usual faults in a collie's temperament, physical appearance are if they are not bred for conformation and the breed standard. My fiance has a now 8 year old male collie name Champ, he bought him when he was a pup for $75, I figure that is a lil too less for a good collie. Does anybody have any information?

What a beautiful dog Sandy is! and what a lucky dog, too that he found such a good family with plenty of outdoor space and interesting friends like chickens. I love the sideways look he's giving the brown chicken. Great photo.

How funny with the chickens.
