You can find plastic canvas letters in most large hobby stores, such as Hobby Lobby, etc. Also, you can find them in craft catalogs, such as Annie's Attic, etc. Good luck and God bless you.

I've never seen plastic canvas letters, but they are so easy to cutout why not buy the sheets and cut them yourself. There are a lot of books or sites on the internet to get patterns for the letters.

Craft stores have or can get what you want, the plastic/vinyl letters are usually a peel and stick type.

I'm not sure of what you mean. Would a sign company be able to direct you? Craft stores have pre-cut letters, I don't know about the plastic/canvas part.
