Pineapple Cheese Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 small packages lemon gelatin
- 3 1/2 cups hot water or pineapple juice
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 can drained, crushed pineapple
- 1 jar pimento cheese spread
Directions:
Let gelatin and water set up in refrigerator until of whipping consistency. Blend in the topping, pineapple and pimento cheese spread. Chill.

Use the small jar of pimento cheese.

Recipe: Pineapple Cheese Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 package lemon gelatin (3 oz.)
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1/2 cup stuffed olives
- 2 packages cream cheese (3 oz. size)
- 1 cup maraschino cherries
- 1 cup shredded pineapple
Directions:
Dissolve and cool gelatin to consistency to whip. Add cream cheese and whip in gelatin. Let set a while and whip cream. Fold in gelatin. Add cherries, olives and pineapple. Chill.
