According to Christian Nutritionists recently, NO one should be consuming (eating OR drinking) ANY soy because it has been discovered that soy prevents the human body from absorbing vitamins/minerals and nutrients. Perhaps you could consider Almond products or Coconut products instead? They are proven to be VERY much in demand and VERY healthy. God bless and help you to make the right decision. : )
