Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cup self rising flour
- 1 can or bottle any kind of beer
Directions
That's all but great add-ins are dried or fresh herbs, grated cheese, onion flakes, poppy seeds, caraway seeds, etc. I like fresh rosemary, grated garlic-from a jar, and grated cheeses, cheddar or jack.
Mix ingredients well, spray loaf pan and pour in batter. Bake at 375 degrees F until top is hard and a stick comes out dry.
People are so impressed with home-made bread!
