Garlic-Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
- 4 round sourdough rolls, cut in halves
- 1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
- margarine
- grated Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
Directions
Spread a thin layer of margarine onto the rolls; sprinkle with garlic powder. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top and cover; sprinkle Parmesan cheese lightly over top. Place under broiler until cheese is bubbly and hot.

Robin I copy and use so many of your easy but yummy recipes keep them coming. Thank you for sharing these with everyone I do appreciate them, as a working woman am always looking for quick but tasty recipes.
